BIOGRAPHY

When I was a little girl, my grandmother painted beautiful paintings. I always admired her work and unique talent to make every stroke of her brushes have meaning in her art and she would share her stories and adventures through her art. She was and still is my inspiration in many areas of my life. I started my drawing, painting and photography art and my artistic imagination grew. Art is...what the eye sees, what the heart feels, what the mind imagines, what the hands make, what the voice sings, what the smile shares, what the feet feel as grounding, what the air blows in the wind and so much more. I decided I wanted to offer unique pieces and sources of inspiration and imagination. Gifts that can transform an environment and the mood of the recipient while offering the mind a go to for a grounding distraction. Gifts that last, and offer joy and memories for many years to come. My Grandmother shared that art starts with one line. A mark made using a drawing tool or brush. There are many types of lines: thick, thin, horizontal, vertical, zigzag, diagonal, curly, curved, spiral, etc. and are often very expressive. As I draw my first line or make photograph art, I thank my Grandmother for all her love and wisdom. May my finished pieces be an inspiration to exciting imagination.
